Role Overview:​

Promobile is seeking a Sr. Design Manager to lead and elevate our visual standard across all client-facing and internal work. This role blends high-level creative direction with hands-on execution, supporting both pre-sales efforts and active client engagements.

Reporting to the VP of Creative Strategy, this role will help establish Promobile’s design vision, setting the bar for quality, consistency, and innovation across decks, digital platforms, brand systems, and experiential concepts. This is a senior role for a design leader who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is fluent in modern, AI-enabled creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Lead art direction and visual design across pitch decks, marketing materials, digital assets, and brand systems
• Own and evolve Promobile’s design look and feel
• Design high-impact, client-ready presentations with strong storytelling and polish
• Support production-level design for active campaigns while balancing pre-sales concepting and execution
• Oversee and collaborate with freelance and contract designers
• Create and direct visual assets including image generation, sourcing, illustration, and layout
• Lead experiential and spatial design efforts, including 3D rendering and environment visualization for live events and activations
• Partner closely with strategy, production, and sales teams
• Improve templates, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency and quality
• Blend traditional design expertise with AI-assisted ideation, image generation, and rapid iteration
• Actively experiment with emerging tools and bring new capabilities into the design workflow

Qualifications:​

• 8+ years of experience in experiential design, brand environments, or spatial/graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development through final execution across experiential, retail, or branded environments
• Strong art direction skills with the ability to set visual vision and guide work across multiple designers and disciplines
• Experience building, managing, and maintaining a network of freelance designers and creative partners
• Deep understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and real-world build constraints
• High level of proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, 3D/rendering tools, etc.)
• Advanced fluency in AI-driven creative tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe AI, Runway, and similar platforms)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
