K & N Automotive Inc. is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team in Tremonton, Utah.

This is not just a “sit at a desk and answer phones” kind of job. Our Service Advisors are the friendly face and voice of our shop. They help customers feel comfortable, explain repair recommendations, schedule appointments, keep customers updated, and help make the auto repair experience as easy and stress-free as possible.

If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, staying organized, and helping customers make good decisions, this could be a great fit.

And yes - you get three-day weekends every week.

We are looking for someone who is upbeat, dependable, professional, and comfortable talking with customers. Automotive experience is preferred, but it is not required. If you have great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn, we can train the automotive side.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting and helping customers in person and over the phone
• Scheduling appointments and managing customer communication
• Reviewing technician recommendations and helping customers understand needed repairs
• Preparing estimates and presenting repair options
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Helping build long-term relationships with our customers
• Working with our technicians and service team to keep the day running smoothly
• Providing excellent customer service from start to finish

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, positive, and easy to talk to
• Professional and organized
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone
• Good at sales and comfortable presenting recommendations
• Able to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to learn and grow
• Automotive experience is preferred, but not required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday
7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

No Fridays. No Saturdays. No Sundays.
