Ever Lasting is a women-owned, sustainable e-commerce brand specializing in home décor and lifestyle. Our internship program gives students and early-career professionals real-world marketing experience across fast-moving digital teams.

As our Web Development Intern, you’ll explore the intersection of e-commerce, UX, and technology. You’ll assist with Shopify integrations, QA testing, and light UX research to improve site performance.

Key responsibilities

• Website edits- Uploading photos, changing copy, and participating in Campaign launches
• Create performance dashboards to track conversion rates, bounce rates, and other KPIs
• Set up and manage A/B tests using testing tools or Shopify plugins
• Analyze test results and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, and website performance metrics
• Familiarity with Slack
• Strong analytical skills and interest in A/B testing and user experience
• Detail-oriented and comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, or data visualization tools
• Proactive Communication (not afraid to ask for clarification or feedback)
• Time proficiency (Campaigns need to be set live at certain time)
