Ironside is a leading, full-service marketing agency providing professional services including Brand Development, Graphic Design, Digital Advertising, Social Media Management and Print Media Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to take projects from concept to completion, collaborating seamlessly with team members and departments.
• Design for diverse mediums including print, web, digital, social, e-blasts, large format, branding, and identity. Troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues effectively as they arise.
• Should have strong vision for web user journey from start to finish when designing and structuring a website
• Candidate will be responsible to create all types of marketing/communication pieces from corporate promo pieces, new business start up awareness designs, to complex responsive websites.
• Maintain exceptional organization, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure all deadlines are met and projects completed within budget.
• Follow structured workflows, keep organized, and have attention to detail and good self review of work.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and skill development in both design and marketing strategies.
• Uphold Ironside’s creative standards and incorporate constructive feedback effectively.
• Craft a creative brief directly with clients and follow creative briefs/brand standards provided by colleagues.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment while contributing independent, innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of graphic design experience in a marketing agency, design firm, or similar environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in UI web design, particularly WordPress (Elementor Builder).
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence in leading client meetings.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in practical AI workflow for design and web
• Knowledge of web hosting setup, CPanel, and basic DNS management.
• Basic HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Figma

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience, portfolio, and level of responsibility. We provide coaching, equipment, and ongoing training.
