Overview:
Full-service direct response agency serving nonprofit organizations nationwide, is seeking an experienced and creative Fundraising Copywriter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and understands the power of words to inspire action and generate support for meaningful causes.

Our clients include arts, culture & human services, education, environment & animals, health, human services, and religious.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling copy for direct mail, email, and digital fundraising campaigns
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, production staff, and list brokers to produce successful donor communications
• Participate in client strategy sessions and maintain occasional client contact
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without sacrificing creativity or attention to detail
• Occasionally travel for client meetings or events

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of professional copywriting experience, with a focus on fundraising or direct response (required)
• Experience in nonprofit marketing or agency setting (preferred)
• Strong understanding of direct mail and digital campaign strategy
• Experience in omni-channel marketing
• Excellent storytelling, editing, and persuasive writing skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a team environment
