TSLHG is seeking applicants for the position of Processor. Successful applicants will review client records, submit documents, and communicate updates and changes to clients while following all government and company guidelines. We are a rapidly-growing company seeking a Processor who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and hardworking with the ability to multi-task and provide professional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements:
- College Degree
- Clean background check
- Customer service skills are required
- Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
- Well organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication is a must
- Communicate with all contacts constructively and must be able to listen closely and convey points clearly
- Must be positive, professional, and possess a cheerful attitude
- Respect confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a secure manner
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Responsibilities:
- Manage data for new and existing clients within the database, ensuring that all communication with clients and outside agencies are accurate in the client record
- Handle client records efficiently and by following protocols
- Perform follow-ups with clients as directed
- Communicate with clients and outside agencies through phone calls, emails, text messaging and accurately detail the information requested and received in those communications
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with the law and government regulations
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Document processing: 1 year (Preferred)
