HIRING IMMEDIATELY - AEROSPACE AND DEFENSE MANUFACTURING

Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

PAY RATE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF QUALITY ENGINEERING

Quality Engineer must possess the ability to perform the following:

· Posses knowledge of aerospace and defense manufacturing.

· Able to work well with all facets of the operation including: manufacturing, engineering and the customer as needed.

· Prepare quality documents for manufacturing per customer specifications and requirements.

· Developing Quality plans including: bubbled drawings, AS9102 forms, First Article, Final Inspection reports.

· Work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously with strong organizational, analytical skills.

· Assists with quality assurance plans by identifying critical control points and preventative measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures and corrective and preventive actions.

· Determine correct inspection method and measuring equipment to be used per part requirement.

· Interpret travelers, engineering specs, drawings, blueprints and a working knowledge of GD&T.

· Possess an understanding of ISO 9001:2000, AS9100 requirements.

· Use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mini-tab, SPC Software (such as QC Calc), Foxit or Adobe PDF, and Inspection Expert software.

· Create and maintain documentation for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

· Review data from completed jobs to make the determination if current quality processes are successful.

· Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that can be used for training.

· Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting and analyzing data and trends on failed processes, stability studies, product life cycles and corrective and preventive actions.

· Comprehends material(s), and process specifications.

· Comprehends customer P.O. requirements, review, identify and apply to manufacturing processes.

· Keep supervisor informed as needed and required.

· Understand and adhere to Alliance Machine’s Core Values.

· Keeps assigned work area clean and organized to company standards.

· Does work as apparent or assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
