Mid Salesforce Developer

Clearance: Public Trust
Location: Remote

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems in Salesforce, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

Key activities:

• Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
• Support configuration tasks including workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and help document technical specifications
• Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support deployments through established change management processes
• Maintain compliance with federal security, accessibility, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and agency policies

Qualifications:

• Foundational knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC, or similar)
• Understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn in a structured environment
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I)

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Public Trust is required.

Salary Range:
$80,000 to $110,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
