Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to the chef’s standards
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized station before, during, and after service
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion controls
• Work efficiently during busy service while maintaining attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with chefs and fellow team members
• Assist with prep, receiving, storage, and daily kitchen organization
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Help maintain a professional, respectful, and team-focused kitchen environment

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Previous line cook experience in a restaurant kitchen
• Strong knife skills and basic cooking technique
• Ability to work cleanly, quickly, and consistently
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during high-volume service
• Weekend and evening availability
• Fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume kitchen experience preferred

Schedule

Evening and weekend availability required. Full-time and part-time positions may be available.
