Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (Mandarin/English) Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our Marketing Lead in the day-to-day execution of the firm's marketing activities, with a focus on our Chinese-speaking client base.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across the firm's Xiaohongshu accounts and other assigned Chinese-language channels, following scripts and guidelines provided by the Marketing Lead.
• Log every inquiry into the firm's lead tracking system.
• Assist with day-to-day account upkeep: scheduling, publishing, and maintaining account profiles as directed.
• Draft and produce Chinese-language content based on topics, angles, and standards assigned by the Marketing Lead, contributing to overall content volume alongside the Marketing Lead's own output.
• Track trending topics and community discussions relevant to our practice areas, and
• compile them for the Marketing Lead's review.
• Schedule and coordinate video shoots with attorneys; prepare scripts, questions, and shot lists as directed.
• Assist with on-site filming.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in-office and interacting directly with attorneys and staff.
• Hands-on experience operating social media accounts, particularly Xiaohongshu and/or WeChat. Personal account experience is acceptable
• Strong writing ability, with the capacity to explain complex topics clearly to a general audience.
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable following established processes and direction.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
