Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in the Louisville/Jeffersonville branch. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish language, with a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities. As a Recruiter at Star Staffing Solutions Inc. you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Other duties as assigned
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job requirements and qualifications.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Candidate Management:
• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews, job offers, and onboarding activities.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service or recruiting role, preferably in staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication English and Spanish and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft programs, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to change
• Must be reliable and have excellent attendance record
