Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within Detego Health, Third-Party Administrator (TPA), operations. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality results. The Project Manager will require exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of TPA processes and health insurance benefits administration. This role can be hybrid or remote depending on location.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• o Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments
• o Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives

Team Coordination

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including operations, IT, compliance, and client services
• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure project success

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders

Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within TPA operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and contractual obligations

Risk Management and Compliance

• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Resolve project-related issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary

Performance Monitoring

• Track and report on project performance using appropriate tools and metrics
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices

Skills Experience Required

• Strong knowledge of TPA operations, processes, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Six Sigma or Lean certifications

Career/Educational experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field required

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• Agile certifications (e.g., ScrumMaster)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
