Lead BCBA opportunity with a growing, home-based ABA company in North Carolina

Wholesome Care ABA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical leadership team on a part-time, flexible basis with opportunity to grow into full time. This is an in-home role serving children and families across North Carolina.

You will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services while serving as a trusted clinical resource for BCBAs, RBTs, families, and organizational leadership. You will maintain a manageable caseload while strengthening clinical consistency, supporting staff development, assisting with complex cases, and promoting ethical, evidence-based care.

This role suits a confident, approachable clinician who pairs strong clinical judgment with the ability to guide, encourage, and develop others.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and other behavioral evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Analyze clinical data and make appropriate treatment adjustments
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to fellow BCBAs
• Assist clinicians with complex cases and treatment challenges
• Review treatment plans and clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Support onboarding, training, and professional development of clinical staff
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other service providers
• Participate in clinical quality assurance and process-improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, payer requirements, and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Active North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) licensure, or eligibility
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental needs
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessments, treatment planning, data analysis, and behavior intervention
• Experience supervising RBTs or supporting clinical staff development
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, confidence, and accountability
• Previous experience as a Lead BCBA, Senior BCBA, Clinical Supervisor, or Clinical Manager is valued. We also welcome experienced BCBAs who have demonstrated strong leadership and clinical judgment and are ready to contribute at a higher level.
