Position Title: Case Management Supervisor

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually
POSITION SUMMARY
The Case Management Supervisor provides direct supervision, coaching, and oversight to a team of Case Managers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that support positive client outcomes. This position is responsible for monitoring service quality, ensuring contractual compliance, managing staff performance, supporting professional development, and promoting consistency in case management practices across the program.
The Case Management Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between frontline staff and program leadership, helping translate organizational priorities into effective day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
