Technical Lead – C# / Web Applications

Full‑time | On‑site/Hybrid | Supply Chain Web Platform

Edict Systems is looking for a hands‑on Technical Lead to guide a team of developers supporting and enhancing a large‑scale supply chain management website. This role combines leadership, architecture, and active development.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of C# developers
• Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications
• Prioritize and assign tasks; ensure on‑time delivery
• Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain code quality
• Prepare and stage code for deployment
• Troubleshoot production issues and support critical system components
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions
• Provide effort estimates and participate in project planning
• Conduct performance feedback and support team growth

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 8+ years of development experience
• OR
• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience leading or supervising a development team
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL
• Solid experience in web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented design and software architecture
• Experience with enterprise‑level systems and database design
• Ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and deliver high‑quality work
• Bonus experience: EDI, UML, Agile, Scrum
