Already a Flexologist or Assisted Stretch Coach?

Tired of stretching clients all day? At The Exercise Coach, you'll mix assisted stretching with one-on-one personal training: and our stretch sessions are only 20 minutes. Less wear on your body, more variety in your day, and a paid certification that expands your skillset.

Flexologists, Assisted Stretch Coaches, and Mobility Specialists are strongly encouraged to apply. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in massage therapy, yoga, Pilates, athletic training, physical therapy, kinesiology, and corrective exercise.

Compensation:

• Listed pay of $20-$23 per hour. (Additional pay for stretching!)
• Certification bonus upon completion.

Professional Development:

Day in the Life of a Certified Exercise Coach:
As a certified exercise coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.

• Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultation sessions to assess goals and fitness levels.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our technology-driven exerbotics equipment.
• Coach clients through personalized workouts focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety.
• Deliver assisted stretching sessions throughout the day, mixed with personal training. No more than 3 hours total of stretching per day.
• Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools.
• Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits.
• Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support clients goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
