NOW HIRING: MASTER HVAC MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Are you a seasoned HVAC pro who can diagnose, repair, and optimize complex systems with your eyes closed? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your expertise is valued and your work makes an impact?

We’re looking for a Master HVAC Mechanical Technician to join our elite service team — someone who’s ready to lead from the front and take on the toughest jobs in the business.

* What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial and residential HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAVs, VRFs, split systems, and more)

Perform advanced diagnostics and system analysis using state-of-the-art tools

Lead complex installs, retrofits, and energy efficiency upgrades

Work closely with clients to deliver top-tier service

Mentor junior techs and uphold our standard of mechanical excellence

* What You Bring:
8+ years of hands-on HVAC mechanical experience (commercial and/or residential)

Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration cycles, and airflow dynamics

EPA Universal Certification and Master Mechanical License (required); NATE, HVAC Excellence, or similar certifications (preferred)

Strong technical troubleshooting and system optimization skills

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and perform load calculations

Professionalism, accountability, and pride in your work
