The Reunion Property Owner’s Association (POA) Board of Directors is actively searching for a candidate to lead the Association's daily operations.
The Reunion POA Director position requires a balanced combination of administrative leadership and field management. The role is approximately 50% office-based and 50% field-based, requiring direct involvement in both operational management and community oversight.
Position Overview
The Director serves as the day-to-day leader of the Reunion Property Owner’s Association and works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, residents, contractors, builders, consultants, and security personnel to ensure the continued success and quality of the community.

Administrative Responsibilities
The Director will be responsible for the effective management of the Association's administrative functions, including:
Financial Management
Insurance Oversight
Personnel Management
Resident Relations
Community and Field Responsibilities
A significant portion of the Director's time will be spent in the field observing community conditions and working alongside staff.
Responsibilities include:
Property Compliance (along with property manager)
Architectural Review and Construction Oversight
Builder and Resident Relationships
Work Schedule and Availability
Normal office hours are:
Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
However, candidates should understand that this is not a traditional 40-hour position.
Additional expectations include:
The Director serves as a key point of contact for the Association and should be prepared to evaluate situations outside normal business hours and coordinate appropriate responses when necessary.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
