As an Account Manager, you are the on-site leader responsible for making that happen.

What You'll Do

• Lead, recruit, hire, and develop your frontline team day to day
• Coach for performance — recognize top talent, address gaps, and build future leaders
• Own scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, and overtime for your location
• Drive account financial performance including forecasting, productivity, and profitability
• Deliver consistent, high-quality guest and patient service across every shift
• Build and maintain a strong working relationship with your client
• Manage safety, claims, and compliance in line with company policy
• Identify opportunities to grow Towne Park's business within your account

What You Bring

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality, healthcare services, customer service, valet parking, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead hourly or frontline teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills — confident with clients, associates, and leadership alike
• Operational and financial acumen; comfortable reading reports and driving metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to drive manual transmission
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background, MVR, and drug screen
• Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
