Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Automations Engineer, specializing as a Workflow Architect and Logic Lead, to drive the design and implementation of sophisticated automation solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape scalable, efficient workflows that enhance our digital platform’s performance and user experience.

The Mission:

As our Automations Engineer, you are the "Logical Glue" of the company. You will take 25 years of operational history and translate it into streamlined, automated, and intelligent workflows using our proprietary Internal Automations Builder. This is a role for a pure Problem Solver.

The Mentality:

You don't need a map; you build the map. You look at a manual process and see a sequence of triggers, actions, and data transformations. You thrive in proprietary environments where you have to learn the nuances of a tool to push it to its absolute limit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Engineering: Architect and maintain complex automation sequences that connect our internal data to our AI-driven output.
• Systemic Integration: Use REST APIs, Webhooks, and custom JSON logic to bridge the gap between our legacy systems and our modern AI agents.
• Failure-Proofing: Build robust error-handling and "self-healing" logic into every automation you deploy.
• Tool Advocacy: Work closely with the engineering team to suggest features for our internal automation builder based on your boots-on-the-ground experience.

Requirements:

• Advanced Logic Design: You are a master of conditional branching, iterative loops, and complex state management.
• The "Figure It Out" Factor: You have a documented history of taking a broken or manual process and engineering a solution from scratch.
• Data Dexterity: You speak JSON and REST API fluently. You know how to manipulate data at scale across different platforms.

Minimum one (1) to three (3) years
