RBSCL Program Coordinator – Expanded Job Description

The Residential-Based Supported Community Living (RBSCL) Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations, service delivery, and staff performance within the RBSCL program. This role ensures highquality, personcentered services that support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes in their homes and communities. The Program Coordinator provides direct supervision, coaching, and leadership to assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and professional growth.

Working closely with the Department Director, the Program Coordinator contributes to the strategic direction, development, and continuous improvement of RBSCL services. This position plays a key role in aligning program operations with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices in supported community living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daytoday operations of the RBSCL program, ensuring consistent, highquality service delivery.
  • Monitor client schedules, staffing coverage, documentation, and compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Implement and monitor individualized service plans, ensuring all supports reflect personcentered principles.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members to adjust plans as needs evolve.

• Staff SupervisionLeadership
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance evaluation for assigned DSPs.
  • Lead team meetings, deliver training, and support staff in understanding and executing client plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services, disability services, or supported living programs.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of personcentered practices and communitybased support models.
