As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions, while also mentoring and guiding junior team members. You won’t just be solving problems—you’ll be shaping the future of technology for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

· Provide advanced IT support, both remotely and on-site

· Travel across Rhode Island & Eastern Massachusetts to assist clients

· Design and implement cutting-edge technology solutions

· Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues

· Work collaboratively with vendors, internal teams, and clients

· Manage and execute technical projects from concept to completion

· Conduct IT audits and provide strategic recommendations

· Support ongoing initiatives with Sales and Project Management teams

What We’re Looking For:

· Expertise in network management, including firewalls, switches, access points, and VPN technologies

· Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and backup solutions like Veeam

· Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, and VoIP solutions

· Familiarity with security tools, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection

· Strong research and troubleshooting skills in a dynamic environment
