About the Opportunity

TMatch is inviting mental health professionals at all levels to sign up as founding providers and get matched with new clients. Licensed practitioners and associates are all welcome. Creating your profile for discovery on TMatch is absolutely free.

How to join: TMatch is a self serve platform. To get started, first go to TMind platform( https://tmind.ai/) and then click on sign up. Then go to TMatch tab on the left navigation bar . This is the only way to sign up and begin matching with clients.

But we are building more than a matching platform. At TMind, our goal is simple: to help you grow and become the best practitioner you can be. We are building a community of mental health practitioners, led by care providers, where members come together to sharpen their craft, support one another, and grow their practice.

Our product suite is built around that mission:

• The TMind platform, where you can practice and refine your skills on AI patients anytime
• A virtual case manager that helps you connect with the right clients on the platform
• Supervisor discovery, so supervisees can find the right supervisor for their journey

Preferred Experience

• Working with diverse populations (international students, families, professionals)
• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing or family systems
• Comfortable using digital tools for professional development and training
