Starting Pay Rate: $21.42/hour + 10% shift differential (weekly pay) .

Shift: 6pm-6am 2-2-3 (non-rotating) shift pattern (Enjoy working 15 days per month)

At The LEGO Group, we are seeking a Production Equipment Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environmen t. This role is responsible for supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment

• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards

• Identify and respond to minor machine issues

• Perform routine quality inspections

• Record production data accurately

• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications

· Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment · Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.

warehouse or forklift-only experience will not align with this role

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts)

• Lift up to 35 pounds occasionally

• Work around moving production equipment safely
