Office Concierge & Marketing Coordinator

Engel & Völkers Carmel is a growing luxury real estate team backed by one of Europe's most recognized global real estate brands, serving Pebble Beach, Big Sur, Carmel, Carmel Valley, Monterey, and Pacific Grove.
We're hiring the person who runs our office and sets the tone for every client who walks through the door — a front-of-house role with real operational weight, not a generic admin post. You'll keep the office running day to day and supporting our marketing and social media efforts.
What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors — in person, by phone, and online
• Manage scheduling, correspondence, records, and office vendor coordination
• Support new-advisor onboarding, including account setup, credentials, and paperwork
• Assist with social media content, listing exposés, and email newsletters
• Help maintain our CRM (Lofty, Real Scout) and support advisors with tech questions
• Plan and prep weekly sales meetings, agendas, and refreshments
• Organize and help host company and client events
• Coordinate conference room setup and logistics for client meetings
• Provide basic tech training and support to advisors on office tools and platforms
• Keep the office organized, stocked, and presentable

What You Bring

• 2+ years of office management, hospitality front-desk, or executive support experience
• Polished, professional communication with clients, vendors, and advisors
• Ability to manage shifting priorities independently, without close supervision
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; quick to learn new software
• Interest in marketing/social media tools a plus (real estate or hospitality background a plus, not required)
• Trustworthy with confidential client and business information
