We are hiring an experienced FedEx Ground Business Contact (BC) to assist our team with daily delivery operations.

This role requires an active or very recent FedEx Ground Approved BC status and deep operational expertise. You will oversee day-to-day terminal logistics, manage a team of drivers, and optimize routes to maintain peak service levels.

Compensation starts at $1200 per week and is negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:

Must be a currently approved (or recently active) FedEx Ground Business Contact.

Minimum 2 years of logistics management experience within the FedEx Ground ecosystem.

High proficiency in DROand GroundCloud is strictly required.

Strong working knowledge of DOT guidelines and FMCSA safety requirements.

Must pass a background check, drug screening, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and early morning terminal dispatch hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee morning dispatch, verify driver attendance, manage line-up, and ensure safe, timely package distribution.

Utilize FedEx software to configure daily manifests, maximize density, and audit service failures.

Enforce strict DOT regulations, maintain vehicle maintenance logs, and foster a "Safety Above All" terminal culture.

Resolve real-time route disruptions, vehicle breakdowns, and customer service escalations.

Preferred Skills:

Active GroundCloud Safety Trainer Certification.

Strong leadership skills to motivate drivers and handle fast-paced pressure.

Excellent problem-solving skills to manage tight logistics windows.
