Warehouse and Production leader – Join a Growing, Forward-Thinking Team!

Zandur is a rapidly growing national manufacturer and distributor of innovative commercial flooring products, known for our commitment to quality, sustainability, and genuine relationships. We’re expanding — and we’re looking for driven, positive team players to grow with us.

This role focuses on leading our warehouse and production team. You’ll lead the warehouse and production staff in organizing and controlling inventory, assembling orders for shipping, manufacturing products for delivery to our customers, and caring for our warehouse facilities. Additionally, this position will interact daily with customer service, sales and accounting to help ensure the highest level of customer care.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and direct all production and warehouse staff.
• Oversee preventative maintenance of all facilities and equipment and address repairs as needed. Candidate needs to have mechanical skills necessary to do minor repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a neat and clean warehouse and production facility.
• Organize and maintain organization of all warehouse inventory.
• Work with operations staff to conduct cycle counting and year inventory.
• Track and order materials and supplies related to warehouse, production and maintenance responsibilities.
• Review and schedule all orders for manufacturing, packaging and shipping.
• Arrange freight for all shipments.
• Oversee all production operations and conduct quality control on all inbound and outbound shipments. Work with operations staff to manage non-conforming materials.
• Review material needs and ensure purchase orders are issued in a timely manner to facilitate manufacturing and shipping.

• Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail
• Experienced in commercial flooring or interior building product warehousing and manufacturing
• Familiar with scheduling freight using LTL and courier services
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Someone who embraces technology and has experience in modern ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence with other common business software is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
