We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for estimating, selling, and managing reconstruction projects from initial inspection through final completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform property inspections and document damage with measurements, notes, and photographs.
- Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, permits, and inspections.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and progress while resolving issues proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and insurance professionals.
- Participate in project planning, design coordination, and permit submissions as needed.
- Complete project documentation, expense reports, and job updates accurately and on time.
- Attend company meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Project management experience in construction, restoration, insurance, or a related industry preferred.
- Estimating experience preferred; Xactimate experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budgets and deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, scopes of work, contracts, and project schedules.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
- IICRC certifications (Water, Fire & Smoke, Mold) are a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
