DocPoint Solutions is searching for a Senior level PowerApps Developer who has specialized knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and an overall knowledge and understanding of application development and architecture.

Proficiency in development of Information Technology solutions, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft SharePoint and UI Design (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery).

Job Description:

• The Technical Specialist is a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
• The Technical Specialist has an overall knowledge and understanding of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Export (Developer and Advanced level)
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance Required!

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience with a technical specialty across large and complex implementations and systems.
• Advanced experience in the required technical subject matter.
• Delivers support and design for industry specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications.
• Interacts with executive level business users or technical experts.
• May function as a technical SME.
• Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty.
• Identifies improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/ products.
• Able to identify best practices and standards for the use of the product.
• Demonstrate high productivity in a teleworking environment.
• Extensive development and administration of Power Apps applications for the client’s IT delivery center. (Online and on premise)
• Code, develop and manage Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and API customer connector.
• Power Apps administration, permissions, lists, database and management thereof.
• In-depth experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and XSL/XSLT, CSOM, .NET and basic SharePoint scripting knowledge.
• Developing in a 3-tiered environment. Ex: PowerApps Canvas apps as frontend, Dataverse as backend and Azure functions as service tier.
• Uses Azure DevOps for source control, CI/DC pipelines and work items and provides project statuses and project time estimates to the section supervisor
• Developing PowerApps Canvas apps, Power portal, PCF and Understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods
• Implement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 and Azure services, standard/premium connectors and multiple data sources.
• Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications (InfoPath, Lotus Notes, Nintex etc.) to PowerApps solutions.
• Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps.
• Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, identify data flows and work processes, design solutions and estimate workload.
• Experience with PowerApps integration with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic apps, Azure Functions, HTTP and REST API services. Good to have: experience with integration with on-premise database or systems.
