Key Responsibilities

• Pizza Preparation: Prepare, stretch, and toss dough; apply sauces and toppings according to recipes.
• Oven Management: Operate and monitor deck, conveyor, or wood-fired ovens, ensuring pizzas are cooked properly and in a timely manner.
• Station Setup/Stocking: Set up, stock, and maintain cleanliness of the makeline and cook station with necessary ingredients and tools.
• Food Prep: Chop vegetables, prepare meats, and make sauces, adhering to portion controls.
• Kitchen Safety: Comply with sanitation regulations, handle food safely, and keep work areas clean.
• Collaboration: Work with the kitchen team to ensure all menu items are delivered simultaneously and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant, specifically with pizza, is preferred but not required
• Speed and Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods
• Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Flexibility: Availability to work nights and weekends
