As we continue to expand throughout the Charleston area, we are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Development & Management Trainees.

This entry-level position is designed for candidates who are interested in developing leadership skills, learning business operations, and building a long-term career in management. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll gain experience in business development, team leadership, client relations, and performance management.

No prior management experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and a clear path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives and customer acquisition campaigns

• Learn and implement strategies to drive market growth and brand expansion

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community members

• Assist with campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking

• Work closely with leadership to understand business operations and growth strategies

• Participate in leadership development and management training programs

• Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with team members to achieve company and client objectives

• Help train and mentor new team members as experience is gained
