ASE seeks to hire a Service Delivery Lead based out of Bay Area (Campbell, CA) reporting to the Operations Head. This position is accountable for all customer projects for ASE’s DER Gateways, DER Aggregator and DER Control products. This position is responsible for project co-ordination with ASE's customers and for managing internal project and operations teams.

JOB PROFILE:

This position will be responsible for the following:

• Service delivery and operations support with an ownership of KPI of Customer Satisfaction
• Overseeing, coordinating and assist in product upgrades
• Support ticket handling and ensure adherence to SLAs
• Status reporting and Metrics
• Managing client escalations and response
• Handling On-Call support
• Review and advise on infrastructure needs for projects

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Between 6-8 years of experience in a similar role with 2+ years in Utilities or Renewables industry
• Basic SQL user knowledge
• Unix/Linux user level knowledge.
• User level knowledge of administering IT systems
• Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure management on Azure and AWS
• Customer relationship management skills
• Have good problem-solving skills
• String written, oral English communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
