Position Purpose:
The Manager, Distribution Analytics is a key leader within the Supply Chain Analytics organization, responsible for driving productivity planning, staffing strategy, and advanced analytics across The Home Depot's distribution network. This role leads a team of 3 analysts/Sr analysts supporting critical planning processes, including annual productivity planning, mid-year replans, network productivity modeling, staffing optimization, and executive-level decision support. The manager works closely with Finance, Planning, Engineering, Workforce Operations, and Supply Chain leadership to translate operational strategies into measurable productivity and labor plans.
This position combines people leadership, technical expertise, and strong business partnership skills to deliver scalable analytical solutions, modernize planning processes, and improve operational performance. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities in SQL, Excel, and Tableau, thrives in ambiguous environments, communicates effectively with senior leaders, and can balance recurring planning cycles with strategic projects. Experience in supply chain operations, productivity planning, labor management, and process optimization is highly desirable. Success in this role requires the ability to lead through influence, develop team capabilities, and drive cross-functional alignment on some of the organization's most important labor and productivity decisions.
