We're Rori Care, a Bay Area–native ABA provider working in partnership with Catalight. We've built a structured 3-tier ABA model designed to restore clinical quality, protect BCBA capacity, and deliver measurable outcomes for families.

You'll practice under our Clinical Director, Kristine Le, BCBA (15+ years clinical experience). You won't be left alone, you'll be supported, mentored, and integrated into a system built intentionally. We're a team of 20 clinicians, growing thoughtfully. We hope you'll join us.

This role is center-based and that's the point. For most BCBAs, the most exhausting part of the job is driving between homes all day, juggling fragmented schedules, and supervising teams scattered across the map.

At Rori Care, you work out of one San Jose clinic, alongside your mid-level supervisors and RBT team. That means:

• Consistent, in-person supervision
• Real-time mentorship and collaboration
• More structured programming
• Far less time in traffic, far more time doing clinical work

Lead a pod — you're never carrying cases alone.

You practice within a true 3-tier structure:

• You (BCBA) — clinical lead
• 2 mid-level supervisors
• Up to 10 RBTs

What you'll do

• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments; write treatment plans and progress reports
• Lead and mentor your supervisors and RBT team with intention
• Step into direct care when it serves the clinical picture
• Use our tech tools to streamline planning and documentation — so paperwork doesn't eat your evenings
• Train and support families
• Collaborate with our internal team and Catalight partners
• Help us improve how we work and what we build

What you'll need

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience with children with autism
• Clear communicator and genuine team player
• Reliable transportation in and around San Jose
• CPR/BLS certification
• A sense of humor and a lot of heart
