MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a User Profile Management Systems Administrator supporting CIS, you will maintain, secure, and optimize enterprise user profile management systems that ensure consistent, reliable user experiences across multinetwork desktop, VDI, and cloud environments. You will manage profile integrity, reduce login issues, and support seamless mobility of user settings and data, directly contributing to productivity, system resilience, and mission readiness across the enterprise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer, operate, and maintain enterprise user profile management platforms, ensuring stable, consistent, and secure user profile delivery across physical and virtual endpoints

Monitor system health, logon times, storage usage, replication, and overall profile performance, resolving issues that impact user productivity and system responsiveness

Support profile migrations, transfers, and updates across networks, domains, and environments, ensuring data integrity and alignment with approved configuration standards

Troubleshoot complex profile related issues including corruption, sync failures, policy conflicts, authentication dependencies, and domain placement errors

Implement configuration updates, version changes, architecture optimizations, and operational modifications to sustain resilient, compliant profile environments

Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and configuration artifacts supporting change management, troubleshooting, and operational sustainment

Collaborate with endpoint, VDI, storage, authentication, and cybersecurity teams to maintain profile health, integrate new capabilities, and improve end user experience

Apply security updates, software patches, and configuration fixes to profile management systems, ensuring compliance with enterprise security baselines and hardening requirements

Identify and remediate noncompliant profile management components by reviewing vulnerability and compliance reports, resolving patching exceptions, and validating corrective actions across environments
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
User Profile Management Systems Administrator Senior - Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field or 8+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
User Profile Management Systems Administrator Principal - Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree. -
CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph

CERTIFICATIONS: Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE)

Additional training – Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (40+ hrs)

Hands on experience administering enterprise endpoint management platforms (e.g., MECM/ Intune or similar) across multinetwork environments

Strong proficiency in OS deployment, task sequencing, imaging, driver management, application packaging, and automation

Experience with secure configuration, endpoint hardening, encryption, and compliance enforcement

Familiarity with patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint compliance auditing

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex endpoint, authentication, profile, and configuration issues

Strong documentation, communication, and cross team collaboration skills

US citizenship required
