Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Basketball Video Coordinator to join our team and elevate our game-day and practice video operations. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and managing high-quality video content that highlights player performances, team strategies, and game analytics. Your expertise in media editing tools and videography will help tell compelling visual stories that inspire players, coaches, and fans alike. Duties

• Scout Players, Games, Tournaments, etc
• Edit video content using industry-standard media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop to create engaging highlight reels, player profiles, and tactical breakdowns.
• Manage the organization of video files, maintaining a clear archive system for easy retrieval and efficient workflow.
• Incorporate motion graphics and visual storytelling techniques to enhance video presentations for coaching staff and media releases.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to understand specific filming needs, including filming angles, shot types, and audio requirements for comprehensive game analysis.
• Ensure all post-production work adheres to technical standards for audio and visual quality while maintaining consistency across content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with videography equipment including cameras, lighting setups, microphones, and other video recording gear.
• Strong proficiency with media editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of camera setup techniques for sports filming as well as sound recording for video production.
• Ability to operate lighting for video production to ensure high-quality footage in various environments.
• Skilled in post-production processes including editing, motion graphics creation, color correction, sound editing, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• A passion for basketball combined with a keen eye for detail in capturing gameplay moments that tell compelling stories on screen.
