Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Drywall Finisher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, finishing, and repairing drywall surfaces on various job sites. You will work closely with other crew members to ensure timely completion of projects with the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply tape and compound to seams between drywall panels.
• Smooth and sand surfaces in preparation for painting or texturing.
• Patch holes, cracks, and other imperfections in drywall surfaces.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or lifts to reach high areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Inspect finished surfaces for uniformity and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with painters and other team members to ensure smooth project flow.
• Properly mix and prepare finishing compounds.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a drywall finisher or taper (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and sanding equipment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• OSHA safety certification is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Indoor/outdoor job sites including homes, offices, and commercial properties.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
