What You'll Do

As a Broadcast Traffic Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Sales, Programming, and Operations teams to ensure commercials and programming are scheduled accurately and efficiently while supporting a seamless on-air product.

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule local, syndicated, and network programming.
• Create and maintain daily commercial logs.
• Schedule commercial inventory and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Enter and maintain commercial traffic instructions from the Sales team.
• Gather and distribute syndicated program information.
• Verify commercial materials and programming schedules.
• Perform daily quality control checks within the traffic system.
• Generate reports for internal departments as needed.
• Ensure accurate program timing and commercial placement.
• Assist with commercial reallocations and schedule adjustments.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with WideOrbit or similar traffic software is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
