Looking for a focused and dedicated Project Supervisor with experience overseeing restaurant construction, preferably with Quick Service Restaurant experience. Must have an eye for every detail, Client’s 100% satisfaction is absolutely crucial. Clear and concise communication with supervisor and staff is also crucial to a project being finished on time and done to spec. This particular project is a fast-growing Quick service restaurant chain and are being built all over the country.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction site, ensuring adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Manage project scheduling and budgeting, utilizing construction management software such as ProCore.
• Supervise construction teams, ensuring quality control and effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Review blueprints and schematics to ensure project specifications are met, while providing guidance on construction estimating and contract management.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.

I know the owner personally and he is a great person and runs a very successful company- only focused on Restaurants- most are new builds.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
