Medical Office Administrative Assistant/ Accounts Receivable

Medical office is seeking a qualified individual to assist maintaining administrative excellence in accounts receivable and possibly project control for 30 monthly appointments.

Our San Diego based medical legal firm is seeking a qualified Appointment Assistant responsible to coordinate our accounts receivable calendar. We are looking for an experienced and organized individual to help assist a 10-physician rotation of monthly appointments in our Rancho Bernardo office.

Duties primarily involve the detailed maintenance of accounts receivable, appointment logs, medical records and calendars for our medlegal doctors who travel to satellite offices to conduct workers’ compensation appointments and track completion of those appointments.

Ability to make and track accounts receivables phone calls and take appointments and field general office phone calls a must.

-Microsoft Word and Excel ability needs to above average to apply for this position.
