Total Annual Compensation: Up to $118,000

• Base Annual Salary: $90,000–$100,000
• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000-$18,000 in annual performance bonuses
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

The $90k–$95k range applies to the Clinical Supervisor role (ideal for newer BCBAs), while the $95k–$100k range is for the Senior Clinical Supervisor role (for BCBAs with 2+ years of experience).
