Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool and Beach Attendant to join our team at a premier residential condominium. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and guest services, ensuring that all visitors have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience by the pool. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage events, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including seating, and surrounding spaces.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively using conflict management skills.
• Ensure that all safety equipment is in place and functioning properly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Strong public speaking skills to engage with guests during events or activities.
• Lifeguard certification is highly desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
