Elliott Electric Supply is currently hiring for our Leadership Development Program. This program is designed to hire and train our future managers and outside sales. In this role, our LDP recruit will train in all aspects of our operations according to the training schedule; warehouse, counter sales, inside sales, operations management, and outside sales. Typically scheduled as an 18 month training program however can be completed sooner based on individual performance. We are looking for fill this position because our two most recent graduates of the program have moved onto their permanent positions.

Able to identify product by size, type, style, color or product code. Must be able to read orders/match orders on shipping tickets to items picked. Basic math skills and reasoning skills. Ability to obtain certification of power-truck equipment. Operate inventory control equipment, i.e., bar-coding equipment, handheld devices. Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.

Physical Requirements: Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Able to withstand extreme temperatures in a typical warehouse environment Position spends a large amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing. Position may require climbing of ladders for top-level selection Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
