What We're Looking For:
The Zebra Global Supply Chain and Repair (GSCR) Rotational Development Program offers responsibilities under the scope of the GSCR organization such as Supply Chain, Business Operations, Product and Program Management, Data Analytics & Data Science, Procurement, Resiliency, Operational Excellence, Quality, New Product Introduction, Test Engineering and more. This rotational program has a targeted 36 months in duration and consists of three, one-year rotations throughout the GSCR organization. The participants will have their three rotations crafted for them based on opportunities of critical business need within the GSCR organization that align to their specific educational and skill-based profile. Each assignment will help the participant gain insight into our Global Supply Chain, and build “T” based leadership, while being immersed in local day to day processes, further developing the participant as an individual and essential member of Zebra’s tomorrow, allowing them to gain wider access to the Supply Chain Organization at large to drive business outcomes and their career.Responsibilities:
Will work in the capacity of an individual contributor supporting day-to-day business operation of an assigned function. In addition to performing day-to-day business operations, incumbents will work on varying projects contributing to the overall strategy and vision of the organization.
The project assignments are designed to empower the incumbent to challenge convention and engage in solutions to difficult programs we face in Zebra’s business.
Learns Zebra’s product and solutions portfolio, business processes and organization through on the job experience in a variety of rotational assignments
Participates actively in developmental assignments and programs intended to build business acumen, expand internal networks and build essential work and leadership skills.
Provides senior leadership level updates on project execution, deliverables and milestone checkpoints.
Rotations may include: Global Business Operations; Product & Program Management; Data Analytics & Data Science; Manufacturing Operations; Transportation and Logistic;, Resiliency; Inventory Management; Procurement; Operational Excellence; Technical Operations; Quality, New Product Introduction & Test Engineering; New Product Introduction (NPI) Product Operations
THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE LOCATED IN EITHER LINCOLNSHIRE, IL OR HOLTSVILLE, NY. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Computer Science or any related field.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful completion of a Zebra internship
Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem solving skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment in order to meet deadlines
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Demonstrates technical expertise across multiple technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms

Pay Range:
$26.27 - $39.40 HourlyIncentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.Zebra Total Rewards:
