POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that support business growth, strengthen market
presence, and drive demand for company products and solutions across two operating companies (“OpCos”): one industrial
manufacturing OEM business and one SaaS/software business serving the professional car wash industry.
This role owns day-to-day digital marketing execution and serves as the primary marketing point of contact for lead
generation, CRM management, sales support initiatives, communications, and trade show coordination. The position plays a
critical role in supporting revenue growth through qualified lead generation, distributor engagement, digital campaign
performance, and cross-company communication efforts.
This position requires a highly organized and self-directed individual capable of managing multiple priorities, collaborating
across departments, and executing initiatives with minimal oversight.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES – RESPONSIBLE AREAS
1. Assumes responsibility for Digital Marketing Strategy Execution and Lead Generation
a. Manages and optimizes CRM systems to support lead generation, customer engagement, sales pipeline
visibility, and marketing automation efforts
b. Develops and executes digital marketing strategies across paid search, social media, SEO, email marketing,
and related digital channels to drive qualified traffic and inbound opportunities
c.
Tracks, analyzes, and reports on marketing performance metrics, lead quality, conversion activity, and
return on investment
d. Conducts market research and monitors industry trends to identify opportunities and improve campaign
effectiveness
e.
Ensures alignment between paid and organic marketing strategies to maximize performance and visibility
across both OpCos

2. Assumes responsibility for Sales Support and CRM Management
a. Supports sales implementation by aligning marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, content, and tools
with revenue goals and distributor needs
b. Develops and manages CRM-driven communications and workflows to support customer engagement and
sales activity
c.
Collaborates closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between marketing
efforts and business objectives
d. Develops messaging and content that clearly communicates product value, performance benefits, software
capabilities, and ROI to end users and distribution partners
3. Assumes responsibility for Communications and Brand Management
a. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal marketing communications across distributors, operating
companies, and cross-functional teams
b. Creates and manages internal and external communications, including product messaging, announcements,
email campaigns, and collateral
c.
Maintains consistency and clarity across all brand and communication touchpoints
4. Assumes responsibility for Website and Digital Presence
a. Oversees company website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing
objectives
b. Optimizes website content and structure to support SEO performance, lead generation, and user
engagement
5. Assumes responsibility for Trade Shows and Industry Engagement
a. a. Serves as the primary marketing point of contact for trade shows, industry events, and partner initiatives
b. Coordinates planning, logistics, marketing materials, communications, and execution related to trade shows
and industry engagement opportunities
c.
Travels as necessary to support trade shows, internal meetings, and cross-company collaboration efforts
6. Assumes responsibility for Independent Role Ownership
a. Operates as a self-directed contributor within the marketing function, managing priorities and executing
initiatives with minimal oversight
b. Maintains disciplined workflow management to ensure consistent progress across multiple concurrent
projects and operating companies

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, SEO, and email
marketing
CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and performance optimization
Ability to translate technical or product-focused information into clear, effective
messaging
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Experience supporting B2B sales organizations, distributor networks, or manufacturing
environments
Experience managing paid media budgets and campaign performance
Experience with graphic design and content development
REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable improvements

PREFERRED SKILLS: Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads/Analytics, Meta, and website

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Preferred location for this role is St. Louis, MO; however, Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN
may be considered for the right candidate. Relocation assistance may be available.
This is a 100% on-site position. Candidates must be available to work from the office five
days a week. Regular in-person collaboration is important to support cross-functional
alignment, hands-on coordination, and effective communication with internal teams.
Travel is required for this position, including the ability to travel approximately one week
per month for trade shows, inter-company collaboration, meetings, and related
business activities.
PHYSICAL STRENGTH:
On feet 0-1 hours per day. Majority of work done at a computer. Ability to lift 20 pounds
helpful.
