Drylock Technologies is looking for a hands-on machine Process Engineer to help improve manufacturing performance, strengthen equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement across our high-speed converting production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving real manufacturing challenges, and partnering with production, maintenance, engineering, OEM partners, suppliers, and contractors to keep operations moving forward. Ideal role for the senior engineer who wants a track into leadership while maintaining that hands-on approach.

You will play a key role in improving line performance, analyzing downtime, supporting equipment upgrades, and helping teams solve technical process challenges. The position requires strong engineering discipline, practical manufacturing judgment, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production setting. The successful candidate must have a history of hands-on improvements to production process challenges and experience with high-speed converting equipment.
