We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Operations / Order Processing Coordinator to support daily operations, inventory control, and customer fulfillment. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent follow‑up, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer and internal orders.
• Provide professional customer service and order support
• Follow up on outside vendor RFQs, customer quotes, and ETA’s
• Maintain and manage job schedules and assist with planning activities
• Set up and maintain inventory triggers
• Support inventory control and receiving
• Prepare and process invoicing
• Maintain accurate electronic filing systems (e‑folders)
• Support internal departments with scheduling, planning, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, email, internet)
• Excel proficiency preferred
• Proficient in Adobe applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, follow‑up skills, and sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask accurately in a fast‑paced environment
• Dependable with regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
• Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative with the team

Preferred Experience:

• Order processing, inventory control, or operations support
• Manufacturing or office operations environment
• Experience with scheduling, planning, or receiving
