About the Role

At Ironside, we help Philadelphia area companies with their IT and cyber security needs. Because we’re growing, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help support our rapid growth. We’re looking for a results-driven representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects while you grow in your career with a supportive and agile team.

Key Responsibilities

• Making ~375 dials per week. This includes calling prospects and calls to build our list of potential prospects.
• Optimizing and updating 75 company profiles per week to grow our prospect list.
• Managing our company Excel file with our raw list and clean list.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a phone representative making outbound calls
• Basic computer skills including Excel
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar role (preferably in IT or tech services).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in cold calling and handling objections.
• Basic understanding of IT services (e.g., managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions) is a plus.
