We are currently seeking a service oriented Shipping and Receiving Technician to join our dynamic team. This position is full-time and is based in our Dayton, OH (Kettering/Moraine) office. The position will offer numerous opportunities for the individual that excels in the primary responsibilities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Highly organized and exceptional organizing and time-management skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and maintain a positive relationship with teammates, customers and vendors
• Work history should demonstrate safety, efficiency, flexibility, and willingness to learn
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, pushing, pulling…etc.)
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
• Knowledge of PC hardware and software and MS Windows OS
• Ability to document tickets with resolution.
• Continually build technical skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; printing shipping labels and placing orders in delivery area
• Receive products from vendors and update the product inventory as products are received
• Pack shipping containers or boxes
• Inspect material for quality
• Receive and sequence pulling orders
• Pull ordered material from appropriate storage racks
• Image, configure and test workstations and prepare the system for shipment.
• Escalate and work with other team members to resolve technical problems as needed.
• Help maintain and organize hardware and software inventory.
• Count inventory by ensuring accuracy with systems and accessories.
• Ensure successful completion of all work orders: document work accordingly
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $114,436.91 per year
