Make a lasting impact in a child’s life — and in your career with Pediatric Partners!
We’re looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of passionate pediatric experts. Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate, if you're committed to helping children reach their full potential, we want to meet you.
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you’ll support children with a variety of needs — including medically complex, developmental, and physical challenges — helping them improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall independence.
Conduct thoughtful, evidence-based evaluations and create individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver and adapt therapy programs based on participant progress, collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team
Complete ongoing re-evaluations and adjust treatment plans as clinical needs evolve
Maintain timely, accurate clinical and administrative documentation
Practice in alignment with licensure, accreditation, ethical, and confidentiality standards
Participate in clinical and program meetings, contributing to treatment planning and care coordination
Collaborate with physicians, families, caregivers, and community partners to support participant outcomes
Provide in-services and education to staff and interdisciplinary teams as requested
Support orientation and mentorship for new hires, students, and program participants
Complete service summaries and daily billing documentation in coordination with case managers and leadership
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
(New graduates and students nearing graduation are encouraged to apply)
Active state PT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure upon graduation
Passion for working with children and adolescents, supporting developmental, neuromuscular, orthopedic, and medically complex needs
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy work: lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs consistently
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
A growth-oriented mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
